Complaint Submission Timeline
Complaints must be submitted before you click “Order Received” or “Pesanan Diterima” and must be made within 2 x 24 hours from the time the order is delivered to the recipient’s address, as indicated on the shipping receipt.
Return Eligibility
Returns are permitted only if the product received by the buyer is defect or if there was a shipping error from the seller. Additionally, the return request must be accompanied by an unboxing video.
Unboxing Video Requirement
Both complaint submission and size exchange must include an unboxing video without any pauses to ensure proper documentations.
Size Exchanges Availability
Size exchanges can only be made if the replacement size is still in stock at the time of request.
Product Condition for Returns
Products sent back to the seller must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and must still have the product hang tag attached.
Shipping Cost Responsibility
The shipping cost for returning the product is the responsibility of the buyer.
Limit on Size Exchanges
Size exchanges are limited to one exchange per order.
